We ship all orders out as quickly as possible on business days only (from Monday to Friday) but we also take time to ensure that they are properly packaged and that the correct edition number is shipped to each customer.
- Prints are protected by an acid-free cellophane sleeve and shipped flat in a rigid document mailer envelope with reinforcing cardboard. The bags are wrapped with care in a bubble pack.
- Packages are shipped First-Class Mail and can take from 3 to 10 days to arrive. We can only make guarantees on a shipment date. Delivery dates are only estimates and do not include weekends.
- As soon as your Art ships, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail including your tracking number.

Returns
All packages returned to us, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer, who will have to pay shipping charges again before we can reship the package.
